DreamApply Monthly Picks for Student Recruitment | November 2020

Hi everyone! I am Hakan Karaoglu. I have been working in the international education sector for 10 years with a focus on marketing communications & partnerships. I am currently working as a Marketing Manager at DreamApply.

In this article, I will share my top picks in the field of student recruitment marketing for the month.

eduKUDU Digital Brochures:

My first pick of the month is the digital brochures by eduKUDU. These digital interactive brochures could really enhance the level of your international student recruitment. Each brochure is customisable, but more importantly trackable which means that you can track traffic, sources, pages of interest and much more with built-in analytics.

Here is a great example from Griffith University, Australia.

Another platform I really like was Unibuddy. This fully mobile responsive and embeddable platform connects your student ambassadors with prospect students digitally to help them make more informed decisions about higher education. The platform analyses conversations between ambassadors and prospects to measure engagement and understand what your prospects are looking for.

Check out how Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania uses Unibuddy here.

Zapier is an automation tool that helps you connect your favorite marketing tools with thousands of the most popular apps, like Google Apps, Facebook, LinkedIn, Messenger and Mailchimp, and automatically trigger workflows (called Zaps) in different apps without any coding or any manual work. Let’s just say you use Google Forms to collect student leads and want to save them in DreamApply: Create the flow, sign in respective Google and DreamApply accounts, choose the Google form you want to connect to your DreamApply. Voila!
